For some reason I have found a number of these reversible novelty bloomer aprons around here. All home made of course.

  11. image.jpeg A pretty little half-apron NWT.
I can't find anything out about the store. The only reference I found was an obituary for a woman who used to be a seamstress there.

Saving my best Tony Sarg for last.

  15. Lovely hand crocheted hostess aprons. A pair and one with aqua silk ribbons and the other with pink.
Most likely a wedding shower gift and too pretty to use.

I love aprons and I wish there was a way to incorporate them into everyday wear.

Like Linda with her sweaters I am a goner when it comes to aprons.
Collected for years and probably have 50 or more. Hostess fancy ones mostly.
Unique every day ones. I like finding them with potholders to match or other things.
My Mother wore one every day and baked bread every day. It is my connection to her I know.
I was in my 20s when she passed. If it has felt or sequins I swoon.
Have slowed down out of necessity and practicality but if it speaks to me I take it home.

    Thank you Midge.
I have now scared myself as I decided to pull them out for this thread.
I had them in several suitcases.
Lets just say over the years I think I have gone overboard and not noticed with aprons.
I will put some more on tomorrow. If that is ok.
