Be a textile know-it-all! This class, hosted by Geana Sieburger of GDS Cloth Goods, will detail the process from fiber to textile, demystifying the major fiber types through a step-by-step introduction to cotton, wool, silk, and linen, to name a few. Plus, you'll take home a swatch kit to reference whenever you need a refresher. All materials are included, but space is limited!

I'm teaching a Chanel Trims Workshop at Britex the Saturday before Labor Day. It's a hands-on class and you'll make several different trims.

I love Britex Fabrics - so many beautiful fabrics and trims! I used to go there in the 80s/90s when I lived in the San Francisco area.
