Fur identification

Can anyone help me identify this fur and date the era? Thanks.

The label is Phillip Surfas & Fords ltd

 

Hi there,

This is muskrat and I think it dates to the 70s.

From what I've read Phillip Surface taught his sons Arnold and Daniel the fur business and together they created Phillip Surfas and Sons Ltd. which became incorporated on Feb. 2nd, 1970.

They're are no longer incorporated as such anymore and are now just called Surfas Ltd. Furriers.
