First, is it rayon gab or wool gab? Is it a structured jacket - shoulder pads, interfacings, etc.? Or is is a soft, windbreaker type garment?

You can dry-clean either rayon or wool, but that may not get the collar soil out. Nonetheless, if you have a good cleaners you trust, that may be your best attempt as you will maintain the structure of the garment.

its rayon and a casual style jacket, don't have a dry cleaner that I use tbh was going tp put it on a quick wash low temperature as its not heavily stained

I would wash/soak by hand, flat in a tub and lay flat to dry on a towel. Much gentler on the old fibers.

I don't know daz. I use Orvus, which is very gentle.
