Hi guys! I recently found this jacket and I was gonna alter it but I wanted to confirm that it wasn't vintage first. I am fairly new to the identification process.. I was hoping that you guys had some info. Thanks so much! IMG_20170528_112533.jpg 1495988921123-1575499939.jpg 1495988921123-1575499939.jpg IMG_20170528_112533.jpg

I would guess late 80s or early 90s

Are the care instructions written or do they use care labels? If they are written that would date this from before 1997.

That being said, I agree with Slimewarp, that this is late 80s or early 90s.

I sold some vintage Gap denim at the Brimfield Antique Show and they did well for me. People really like the 80s and 90s Gap stuff.

The care instructions are on the back of the white label.

I distinctly remember an anitimated gap ad with the drawing of the pants on this label from the mid 80s, it's been driving me crazy. I'll keep searching for it.
