I managed to find this out, can anyone tell me anything else about this dress please, in terms of fabric or any other facts?

Labels: Gino Charles - Made in Hong Kong British Crown Colony. Gino Charles was an American line established in 1966 by Teal Gino Traina and Malcolm Charles Starr. The line was designed by Alan Phillips (info courtesy of the Vintage Fashion Guild). Due to trade embargoes placed on the People’s Republic of China by the international community, Hong Kong began to develop its garment trade during the 1950s, and due to limitations placed on export to the UK in 1959, export markets were established in North America. This is why many excellent quality garments dating to the 1960s that were made in Hong Kong are found locally.
