    Dealing with the very difficult 1% is my particular Achilles heel, and that's why I have had the bones of this article outlined (and pinned to my office wall) for years. When there is a particularly problematic online customer, I refer to these very steps. I need to. It helps me stay off the ledge as well as provide the best service I can. I am still (and forever) learning how to navigate in these situations.
