Good morning/afternoon/night, I am here to show my appreciation for turtlenecks! I personally own a lot of them and they come in handy for someone who rejects formal wear (also me; I'm creeped out by the "shirt-and-tie" thing). Reading a little about it, turtlenecks date back to at least the 15th century and were often used as leisurewear by personalities like Greta Garbo and Audrey Hepburn.
