Fabulous winter hat! and, I am no help as I'm severly hat challenged. My guess would be early 60s. I also should know the name of those feathers, which is escaping me at the moment. Hopefully someone else will come along! Sue
I think it is maribou, too. Just like on those peignoir sets or slippers. This will make you big $$$. I love it!!
