Help dating formal dress

    Hi all :)

    Another one from me!

    Could anyone help me date this lovely dress? It's a very delicate crepe material (at least the first two layers are - I think the final layer is taffeta). There are three soutache bows.

    What a pretty formal gown. I see 1940s with this one and it more than likely would have had a matching bolero style jacket.
