Help Dating Plaid Maxi Dress

    Any help dating this garment would be much appreciated. Sturdy textured cotton material, some hand finishing done to hemline. Skirt is a very wide sweep.

    The dress came from a collection ranging from 1940's to 1960's - can't seem to put my finger on it :puzzled:
