Help dating this pair of Ferragamo loafers?

Found these at the thrift store and fell in love! They’re gorgeous but I’m new to the vintage fashion world. I looked through some of the catalogs online but I couldn’t find this specific shoe and so I have no clue what the name of the model is or what year it’s from. They’re a size 4 1/2 and I’m not sure whether they’re men’s or women’s. I’m guessing women’s by the size but I can’t be sure.

 

Probably 80s with that thick cut kiltie tongue and heavy welted sole. If it were newer I would expect a thinner sole, and if older the fringed tongue would likely be smaller.
