Hi all, I'm thinking this dress is from the 1930's or 40's, but I'd like to hear from others what they think. Thanks !

Could we see a full shot of the gown without the bolero. How does the dress do up?

I get a sense of early 1950s on this dress. But it will help to have more details.

    Classic!

I see late 40's, maybe 1950's, but need to see more. What is the fabric?

I'm assuming it's a poly-satin. Center metal zipper up the back. Bustle is formed with snaps. Pinking finished seams. I suppose all that would date it to the 50s, but this dress just "felt" much older to me, if that makes any sense. :puzzled:

I think early 50s. It's lovely. I think it's probably rayon or silk satin, but would need to feel it in person.
