    Hi all,

I am looking for help dating this coat made from Worumbo wool fleece. My best guess places it in the early 50s. Is that about right?

    Thanks everyone!

  2. Seems 50s to me, so I'd say yes to your hunch. FYI, Worumbo was a label owned by Forstman & Co., from here in Georgia. It was first used in 1914, so by the time your lovely coat was made it was already quite an old brand.

Thanks for confirming, Liza! And while I know the Forstmann label well, I didn't know the shared history of Forstmann and Worumbo. There's always more to learn. Love your shop, btw!
