Help Identifying Christian Dior Label

Hello! I am new to this. I found this black/blue print blazer at a thrift store in NYC. Has anyone seen this label before? Is it worth anything? Any info on time period, etc. would be helpful! Attaching pictures of label and blazer.

 

I'm thinking it's originally part of a skirt/jacket suit and approx. early 1990s. Value can be determined by seeing what a similar piece is going for or has gone for on Etsy or eBay, etc. We here don't give valuations.
