   Hi all
   
   Picked this up at a thrift store today. I'm guessing it's mink (although could be totally wrong) but I'm unsure what kind because it's so light - it's there a specific name for this type of fur? Also, when would this date from?

   It is mink. Looks like it is from the 1950s or early 60s. Showing the lining might help id it too.
