Can't seem to place when this piece was made, or what material it is. Only one tag reading : Dry Clean Only Feels slightly gauzy, other parts feel like a sweater?
Looks like 1980s. The gauzy part is probably rayon crepe. The band is likely some acrylic or similar knit. Pretty colors on this one.
