recently came across this wrap skirt. heavy textured tapestry like fabric, not sure what this design would be called? also, decade? any help would sincerely be appreciated!
Looks to me like Hmong embroidery from northern Thailand. Combined with the patchwork/applique, I'm guessing its fairly contemporary. You can find similar ones being sold new online. It's lovely.
