Hi all, I recently found this dress at a thrift shop. It's real leather, lined in hot pink satin, and the label seems to have been removed with a seam ripper. Can anyone help me figure out when it's from and maybe even the brand? [IMG] [IMG]

Definitely late 80s... remember that joke from Working Girl 'It's not even leather!'

I love it! It reminds me a bit of a North Beach Leather dress but a quick Google search didn't turn up any matches.

agree, from the bustier top I was also thinking NBL, but I don't think they ever used any ruffles on any of their garments. I also don't recall them using color blocking...they WERE known for their vibrant colors (especially red white blue and black) and buttery soft leathers, though.

Chia and G-III were companies that coped NBL garments in the 80-early 90s.
