Help to identify a vintage scarf please

Hi my mother has bought this scarf and we are having a problem identifying it. It may not be of any known design and it has no labels on it. We think it's a polyester material. It's a lovely pattern. Thank you. It looks like it's a dog in the pattern.

 

Yes, to me it looks like a dog with an art deco feel to it.

 

I think it's a Pharaoh Hound... Egyptian dog.
