    Hi,

I'll try to post pics as soon as i can, probably tomorrow.

Anywho, it is a late 40s to early 50s style dress in silk or silk-like paisley with belt and matching parasol that has a handwritten Traina Norell label on the belt. I purchased it at a private estate sale and there was another Norell piece there (a Norman Norell labeled cape). No other markings. The dress is missing several matching fabric decorations, and is quite perspiration stained as well as a large brown stain. It has a significantly longer shoulder to waist length and is very narrow, I'd estimate a 23" or less waist. Narrower bust area as well.

If it is indeed a runway dress, does it have significant historical fashion value?
