Interesting. Are these photos from a film or television show? The dress appears to be re-worked or altered and has some odd features. This leads me to think it was made over or constructed for costume use. It also has features of slightly different time periods. The bodice with its demure high neck and puffed upper sleeves looks more 1900-1906 ish, but the narrow tubular skirt is a feature of later years, around 1910-1911. But that could be a character thing for the actress.

What is really odd is that the back of the bodice laces up! How in the world did she put this on herself? Really strange as she does not appear to be a wealthy lady who had a lady-in-waiting to lace up her clothing for her. And even so, laces in the back are strange for an outer garment. And the back of the belt looks strange also, as if re-fitted, and the embellishments looks oddly placed. Or the belt is on backwards. These same embellishments (look like raised flowers or swirls) are placed in very odd places on the front of the bodice as well. Not correct from a design standpoint.

It just looks overall costume like and altered to me.
