Help with Dating and Cleaning of Vintage Jacket NT

    I recently found this lovely coat and have been having trouble dating it as there is no brand tag. I have uploaded pictures of the front, lining, and a tag sewn into the inner pocket.

    I was also hoping for some advice on the best way to clean it since its quite musty.
