Help with emblem: Gold Arrow in Green Oval - Animal skin handbag - era?

    Hi

    I have a beautifully made leather handbag, with leopard/cheetah skin and need help dating it and deciphering which skin it is.

    There is also an emblem inside it that I don't recognise (green oval with gold arrow inside) - if anyone has any suggestions/comments I would really appreciate it.
