Help with embroidery - Edwardian walking suit

Hi! I was hoping I could ask for your help regarding an Edwardian walking suit I picked up recently.
While I'm always appreciative of advice on how to pin down more precise dates, what I'd really appreciate more than anything on this one is help pinning down possible origins for it, along with stylistic influences (mainly speaking of the embroidery).
