Help with information on kimono

I am looking for the time period this kimono wass created (estimate), who would have constructed it, materials, and provenance it originated from. Thanks for the help!!

 

I would classify this as a haori (hip-length jacket style kimono). It is difficult to date garments such as this as the styles remain constant over time. Based on the textiles, I would say middle 20th century. Is it hand or machine stitched?
