help with Orange (shortened) ODETTE Elegance de Paris dress

    hello everyone,
    I had originally been thinking late 60s early 70s....can't find any info on that label. Saw a thread here from Denise but the label is very different, although there is mention of a Parisian designer moved to Spain.
    Any thoughts on my dating?
    The hem has been altered. No other labels.
    Also wondering if there is a specific name for that sort o treatment on the neck and cuffs and also if there is a term for the split sleeves?

    Cute. I think it may have originally been a maxi. I think 60s. Perhaps car wash for the sleeve treatment?
