Greetings, This is another spread that I found among my grandmother's effects. It has a sheen-like appearance, but I don't know what it's made of. No date or label. Design appears to be hand-sewn. Two matching pillowcases. Multiple pieces of fabric are used on the design on both the spread and pillowcases so inner and outer edges of "diamond" can "flap out"(as best as I can describe it). Measures: 84" x 65" Good shape, but some age discoloration at some of the folds. Is this anything special or another eBay item? Many thanks, Doug out" a little
This piece from the 1940s and made from satin. I have only seen them in the peach color of the era. Very pretty
