Hi All,

I was hoping to actually start listing again-been on a break for a bit- and I was going to start with this Gunnie Sax.

Very milk-maid style, any ideas for a catchy title:)?

The cinched waist I got, but what do you call the shorter overskirt?

    Thanks for any help:)

    Kat !~)

thats a cool Gunne, but imho I think it may do better closer to the fall, these types of garments are very popular for ren faires, Oktoberfests

I think the Gunne's that do best in the spring are the bridal types, but what do I know? :) Gunne will do well, from what Im told, no matter what time of the year or season, just trying to get you the most bang for your $ :)

I dont remember the name of the skirt but I think apron? I hope someone else comes along with a better suggestion

  3. It would be great for Halloween but Gunnes sell anytime.
Would the shorter skirt be a peplum?
Linda

    peplum

    thats it! :)

  5. Oh, I love it! Don't Ren faires happen in spring and summer, too? It always seems to me like they're out of the question, as their accompanying temperatures outside are 100 plus. :) It is so cute! I think that offering it as a Renaissance wench dress, and especially including it in costumes, should easily get you one of the highest possible returns on a Gunne Sax. I've seen the over-skirt referred to as the "petal skirt."

oh you are right! I seem to recall summer faires in 100+ degree Florida in the middle of summer

Does this one have the beige label, the one that Liz is showing on her Gunne thread?

An excellent period Gunne. I'd do in costumes with wench in the title. The look is saucy. I'd want no less than 49.00 to start for this. Rare period Gunne, not the run of the mill princess dress! Good luck!~

Kat, can you post a pic of the label? This is a super
Gunne, and so unique to the other 'princess' ones.

Agree....double catagorize this in costumes and dresses.

    Sue:)
