I know a lot of folks that are posters to this board have amazing collections. I wondered one day how back far back in time some of them go.

So why don't we find out?

The first poster (me) will post a picture of a pair of shoes from the 90s, the next person will post from the 80s, after that 70s, etc, etc, until we can go back further no more.

    The only guidelines:
let's go in order, no decade jumpin : )
the shoes had to have been owned by you, or in your collection (if you sold them, or if they are currently 4 sale, that's okay too,), but no googling for pics. We want to really see how far back people here can go : )

    Let's go!

    The 1990s

Here is one of my favorite pairs to wear - a pair of Early/Mid-90s fabric and crystal heels by Nina. (I bought them to attend an event circa 1993ish -if i remember correctly - new at the store. )

    Okay....Next????

Okay, you may disqualify me for this, because I think they're pretty hideous - but here's one for the 80s. You can't get more 80s than this. To get the ball rolling, I give you....drumroll please....

    Authentic 80's jelly shoes. :P

Please forgive me - it's all I have, and I like the idea of this thread too much to let it go! Now someone go and get something 70s, quick.

I don't have much in the way of shoes until you get back to the 1910s...but looking forward to seeing more shoes!

Hey Joey, we both did pixie boots for the 60's - great minds right?! LoL!

Ooo can't wait to see what the 20's ones will look like. Didn't Northstar have a fabulous pair recently??

1920s brocade pumps, bought 2 weeks ago on ebay, and described as 1950s. Thank you, Jonathan, for the shoe education!
