I need help dating this blouse.

    This blouse looks like handmade. It doesn't have any label, and it's made of cotton.

    I have being doing research and it looks like a romanian blouse. Can anyone confirm, please?

    And about dating, the thread is quite visible, I think it looks like older than the garments I'm used to find (70s - 90s), so I would appreciate any help.
