Is this a flask inside this purse?

I am wondering what the plastic bottle is for inside this long purse. Anyone know?

That is an eyeglass holder. Someone must have just put the bottle in for some other reason.

 

I agree that the bag is for eyeglasses, but the bottle inside looks like a flask, largely because of the top on it. Someone hiding her beverage in there?

I should have asked before, but what is under the cap on the bottle?

 

The gold cap pulls off without twisting and underneath is a plastic twist-off cap. No smells.
