Kimonos are very hard to date, even with labels. I've had a few and after learning about the fabrics and the different styles, I was able to date them. You would need to explore the different kimono styles, countries and fabrics and when the kimonos were used and what they were used for. Then you need to identify the fabrics and their history. It's a long process but some kimonos can be worth a lot and the work involved pays off with the correct substantiated information. Best wishes to you!
