Just wondering if this is the same designer as the label that is on the resource pages?

And I have found nothing about the name on the fabric content label.

    Norma Di Legge?

The name on the label page is Jacques Griffe.

    Thanks folks

THe only Jacques Griffe I am familiar with is pre 1960 and that label isn't from then. It looks like a fairly recent 'hip' label, so got me...

    Thanks Jonathan

Its from a top and skirt set, the top remineds me of a cossack style- High neck, asymetrical front closing and dolman style sleeves.
The skirt has a band waist and is almost a full circle, the top appears to be worn outside the skirt not tucked in.

I was thinking 80s-ish but there are no shoulder pads, maybe perhaps later 70s then.

Will try to post a pic later.

    Thanks

Kat - I don't think it is a name on the contents tag, "a norma di legge" is Italian for "to rule of law", so signifying it complies with whatever that Reg # refers to in Italian/European law?

I've had items with that 'norma di legge'. I believe, and I may be remembering wrong, that it was some kind of regulation about having to state fabric content in clothing. The jacket I had, dated this law to 1973.
