Lepia Chiffon Dress- Era?

    Hello there! I'm just trying to date this sheer chiffon dress.
    Only label is Lepia's - I have found that Lepia (without the 's ) have trademark registered 1979.
    Both overlocked and hand stitched seams, lovely vintage button on neck - this has "rs" on ?

    Is this a wrap dress? Its hard for me to see. Hugely popular during the 70s and 80s because of Diane Von Furstenberg. I would say its cut like other similar 80s styles.
