Due to an upcoming move I am parting with many pieces I have collected. I am finding some things I forgot I owned. One of them is this puzzling Lilly skirt. There is no label anywhere. The waistband, on the inside of the skirt, is hand sewn as are the closure hooks. This would lead me to believe this is a skirt that is handmade. However, it is exceptionally well sewn for home created and includes a printed fabric lining. Any comments or insights from others...

They sold Lilly P fabric for sewing your own garments. This is probably one of the pieces made by a home seamstress.
