Little Levi's jacket - fake or not?

Hi all, I bought a "Levi's" denim jacket on eBay.co.uk a few years ago. I was delighted to have a jacket that fit my tiny shoulders. The thought that it was fake never even crossed my mind. Well, two kids later I'm no longer so little, so I tried to re-sell my jacket on eBay. I sold the jacket and -woops- spent the proceeds on other vintage treats. But now the buyer has asked for a refund. Apparently its fake! She also said it doesn't fit (despite my giving detailed measurements) so I smell something fishy. Oh well, it's on its way back now. But I wondered if anyone has the knowledge to tell me if this is indeed a fake Levi's jacket? I will upload pictures!
