I got this hat and dress and I'm really unsure of how to date them. The dress seems to have a 70s look, although I'm new to this and really unsure of myself. It has no label other than the ILGWU label from 1974 - 1995 so I know it is within that time-frame. There is a little jacket that came with it but I think that may have been hand-made to go with the dress. The hat is wool with a velvet flower. The photos make the flower looks in worse condition than it really is. It is designed by Juan Ell. Thank you so much and sorry for bombarding this board
Your hat looks to be from the 1990s, as that style was very popular then. It could be newer, or a bit older as in late 1980s, not sure as I have not heard of that label.
