I have a Nathan Turk vintage shirt with cards, cactus and sequins. It was made some time in the late 40's or early 50's and is in pristine condition except for 3 small pin holes. It was made for Abe Schiller who was the entertainment director at the El Rancho and Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. The shirt was purchased at an estate auction in the 60's and passed on to me. Nate Turk made shirts for Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and many of the cowboys and cowgirls of the time as well as the cowboy singers of that time. Here are some pictures. I had asked about this shirt in 2011 and I know the market has changed. Any advice is very welcome.
You know how it's a small world... my step father played at the Flamingo with Darin... I remember him talking about Abe. Small world!
