Need help identifying silk scarf signature.

I've tried everything to find the designer of this silk scarf! Any help would be appreciated.

 

The name looks like it could be "Heurtebize", which ( I think) is a French surname. I don't know of any designers with that name, though, sorry!

 

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it looks like that. I didn't know it was French. That might help. It's always weird when you can't find a single thing! I'll keep looking.
