Need Help Identifying this Levi's Label

    I recently found this Levi's polo shirt. It has a label I have never seen before. I need help identifying and or placing a date to it. Could it be vintage or a clever fake. I looked at every online label resource I can locate and cannot find anything that matches it.

    I believe it's contemporary. Do you have a photo of the shirt?
