Need some help with this shirt please!

Hi everyone, I have this shirt that a neighbor gave me and at first I though it was just a simple Christian Dior one, but on the tag it says Christian Dior Actifs. I have tried Googling it as well as the RN and nothing helpful really comes up. I was hoping that you all may be able to point me in the correct direction.

ETA: the few sites that brought anything up it said that it was a vintage label from around the mid 1980s.
