Ok, am I finally right? 60\'s??

Hopefully I'm on the ball with this one!!! Any kw's for the beaded detail along the shoulders? Also, it's a vintage size 15 - what is that even to these days?
Am I right on the date? 60's?

Pretty! Has a bit of a Gigi look to it. I think you are right on with 60s (early
to mid)
