Sometimes I wonder if I'm just punishing myself when I pick up certain items! This one is SUCH a pain in the butt. It was totally cool looking, 'til I noticed the whole pilgrim thing. Any ideas?

Do you have a belt with a big buckle on it?

I am very used to seeing the "pilgrim" motif in mod empire waisted dresses...this one is a bit more curvy.

Are the shoulders too wide for the manni or are those shoulder pads?

and prob a bit too wide for her
    nope, no belt at all!
side pockets though, if that helps

*why oh WHY didn't I leave this one behind?*

A light colored belt would do a lot to offset the collar. Also try taking the photo at an angle. Full-on in a photo, the dress is a bit much. Worn by a human, I'll bet it's a lot less "pilgrim-y". Good luck!
