Original Debutante 30s - 40s?

Searched the labels for this one, couldn't find it. Could any of you help please would this be 30s / 40s?

As you likely discovered, searching for "Debutante" and "Junior" brings thousands of unrelated results, but after slogging through a lot of them I found two ads for Debutante dresses. This ad is from 1946 and although the label is a bit different, it is clearly the same company. I found nothing else about the company, but it appears to have been short-lived.
