I have found a beautiful Pat Premo dress, seems early 50s. I needed some help with the fabric. Feels like a cotton that is thicker and i am not sure what i would call those silver metallic dots?

The dress is textured like a pique with a small metallic dot on each divet. Would this be lame?

Fun fact - Pat Premo used a lot of Fisba / Stoffel fabrics (see my blog post here https://vintagefashionguild.org/blog/the-story-of-a-scarf/). There are lots of mentions of Pat Premo dresses using their fabric in the old Swiss Textiles magazines which were printed by the Swiss textile industry to promote their export businesses. I didn't find your dress, but there's a mention of a "metallic piqué" by them used by Premo in a 1961 issue: https://www.e-periodica.ch/digbib/view?pid=txs-003:1961:324::131&referrer=search#131 It's hard to make out in this photo, but from what I can make out, it seems to be a similar fabric to yours.
