Hi, I recently bought a lovely pair of vintage lever back earrings. I was happily surprised to find a stamp on the inside. I have researched but cant seem to find any info on it. It says OV 19K. My research has led me to believe they might be Portuguese but I really don't know. Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Cannot read that at all, so that states OV 19K?

Also could you show the front of the earrings.

The Portuguese gold standard is 19K (actually 19.2), or 80% pure gold, and is sometimes marked "800." If you could post a close-up with better detail it would help.
