I've never seen that label, but we may have someone come through who has. If you could post some images of the coat (front, back, details...) it may give researchers an idea of the era it's from, which is helpful for figuring out more about it.
I agree with Mary, you should post some pictures of the coat here and if you want, post this on the Vintage Label Q & A. That might give you a little more of insight about your coat.
