Politi's in Greenwich village?

    hi all!

    I have this fantastic Romanian style embroidered blouse with a label Politi's Greenwich Village with the address 1 west 8th street. I know these can be difficult to date, I'm thinking 1960s import for the hippie crowd in the village. Am I correct in that thought? Cotton gauze and all hand embroidered.
