    Hello all,

I have put these two coats in one post as I found them together and they are the same brand. The care/info tags are on opposite inside hems, but the brand label is the same on both and they have similar embellishments. I am thinking 70s/late 60s because of the Crimplene fabric. Is this correct?

The pink one has a slight stain. I've hung in the sun, washed with stain remover, washed with an enzyme stain remover (napisan) and washed normally. All by hand. But it hasn't come out. Does anyone have any tips for old stains on Crimplene fabric please?

Stain is in last two images. Sorry for not flipping them to correct orientation, I find that when I modify a photo it gets rejected for being too big. 20190916_134308.jpg 20190916_134227.jpg 20190916_133358.jpg 20190916_133515.jpg 20190916_134204.jpg 20190916_134142.jpg 20190916_134213.jpg 20190916_133325.jpg 20190916_134210.jpg 20190916_133521.jpg 20190916_133518.jpg 20190916_134136.jpg 20190916_133528.jpg

Thank you in advance for your help,

For some reason these did not upload in order. Stain pics are numbers 3 and 8. Sorry for that.

In photo 8 there appears to be fading around the stain, don't know what could be done about that. Have you tried Folex, it can be found with carpet cleaners. Dab stain direct with the folex on a q-tip. Not saying it will work but might be worth a try.

Unfortunately we don't have Folex in Australia, but I can buy on Amazon or eBay and get it sent so I will try that. We have indoor pets so it will probably be useful for lots of things! Thank you for the tip :). I have not noticed fading, but I can see it in the photo now that you point it out. I will have another closer look. Thank you for you help.
